Anna is a Tax Manager in the Tax Department at HLB Taxence with over 10 years of experience in the tax field, including more than five years at a Big Four firm. She manages projects delivering accounting outsourcing, payroll, and tax compliance services to manufacturing, mining, pharmaceutical, and service companies, as well as branches and representative offices of foreign companies and international organizations operating in Kyrgyzstan.
Anna has excellent knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and tax, customs, labor, and social security legislation. She is also a proficient user of accounting software, including 1C and SAP.

Janyl is a Tax Manager at HLB Taxence, specializing in national and international tax law as well as the customs law of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). She holds a Master’s degree in Financial, Tax, and Customs Law and is a Certified Accountant Practitioner.
Janyl has extensive experience in tax reviews, due diligence, and audit engagements, applying her in-depth knowledge of tax legislation alongside financial accounting under both Kyrgyzstan and international standards. She is also actively involved in projects providing accounting and payroll services to subsidiaries of foreign companies operating in Kyrgyzstan.
