She holds a Specialist Degree (equivalent to a combined Bachelor’s and Master’s) in Economy, Management.

With over 20 years of experience in the tax area, including more than six years at a Big Four firm, Yulia brings deep expertise to her clients. She holds a Master of Economics Administration degree and is a Certified Auditor in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Yulia’s extensive experience includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Audit Committee for one of Kyrgyzstan’s leading financial institutions. She specializes in corporate and indirect tax consulting, providing advisory services focused on tax optimization structures for corporate tax, VAT, and other tax costs associated with domestic and cross-border operations.
Yulia is highly involved in the legislative sphere, contributing to the drafting of the Tax Code and other legislative acts related to taxation, audit, and accounting. She was also the author of the review on taxation in the Kyrgyz Republic for Bloomberg.
