She is a Senior Consultant at HLB Taxence, specializing in national and international tax law as well as the customs law of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). She holds a Master’s degree in Financial, Tax, and Customs Law and is a Certified Accountant Practitioner.

Janyl has extensive experience in tax reviews, due diligence, and audit engagements, applying her in-depth knowledge of tax legislation alongside financial accounting under both Kyrgyzstan and international standards. She is also actively involved in projects providing accounting and payroll services to subsidiaries of foreign companies operating in Kyrgyzstan.

She was also the author of the review on taxation in the Kyrgyz Republic for Bloomberg.
